Fixer Upper may be over, but that's not stopping Joanna Gaines from taking on new renovation projects — in fact, she just revealed a behind-the-scenes look at her latest fixer upper on Instagram. In a post on Thursday, Joanna shared two photos of herself — baby bump and all! — exploring a beautiful, stone-covered home.
"Scoping out one of our latest projects ... this renovation is going to be a good one," the HGTV star wrote. "Look at these interior and exterior walls!"
Of course, no one expected that the end of the Fixer Upper meant the Gaines' would no longer be fixing up homes. Their business, Magnolia, goes way back, since before the show even premiered, and they had no plans to stop working on their projects when the last episode aired.
As Business Insider reported, one of the reasons the couple ended the show was to focus on their family (they do have four kids and another on the way, after all!) and their business. In a blog post, Joanna also confirmed the reasons behind ending the show, adding that the Gaines' would still continue to work on home renovations in Waco.
Still, it's exciting to see them in the planning stages of a new project. And it will undoubtedly be interesting to see where this particular renovation goes — especially with those gorgeous stone walls inside and out. Here's hoping Joanna continues to show more sneak peaks on her Instagram.
