Now that Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have been husband and wife for a few months, they're ready to upgrade to a new home, following and other issues—including pool heater and air conditioning troubles (the struggle is real)—at their $100,000-a-month home in the San Fernando Valley.
Though their house hunt began just before the holiday season on the west side of California, reports from say they were most recently spotted mansion shopping in Encino last month. they looked at was a casual $13 million, 12,500-square-foot home with 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms...so, you know, just another tiny purchase to potentially add to a growing real estate portfolio.
Despite some unavoidable dilemmas in their rental, the sources shared that the couple is staying at a hotel in the area while they continue their search. Because, of course, living at the four-bedroom, six-bathroom, 9,000-square-foot, (pictured below) that Justin purchased in Ontario this past August wouldn't make sense. Since, you know, they're splitting time between L.A. and New York City.
Regular flights across the Canadian border don't seem so tough, though, if it means staying in a mansion that size, with lake access, equestrian facility (with stables and a race track), two-story wine cellar, private gym, game room, and a movie theater instead of a hotel...but, what do I know? Of course, once the hunt is behind them, the couple can travel wherever they want, so again, ignore me.
