As The Big Bang Theory comes to an end—on May 16th, to be exact—so does the sitcom star Kaley Cuoco's time with her stunning Mediterranean-style villa—the property was just recently put on the market for $6.9 million. The actress has lived in the Tarzana, California mansion for five years, and now it's time for her to move on.
The 7,977 square foot home was actually previously inhabited by Khloe Kardashian and her ex-husband, Lamar Odom (you might recognize the backyard from a few episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians). Jeff Andrews, the interior designer who transformed the home into Kaley's own, is quite familiar with this house: he also decorated the mansion for the reality TV couple before they eventually moved out and called it quits. Andrews, who just came out with a book, has also done design work for both Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian.
In Jeff's book, The New Glamour, Kaley gushed over her home in the forward. “I fell in love with the house but also everything that came with it. The interior decoration, the furniture, the art—I wanted it all!” she wrote.
The home has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and opens up to a dramatic foyer with a sprawling staircase. Some of the decor, including the Hermès wallpaper in the kitchen, pays tribute to her husband Karl Cook's equestrian roots.
Some of the most notable attributes to the home are the gorgeous backyard pool, three walk-in closets, a movie theater room, and of course (my all-time favorite) the swinging leather couch in the living room.
