Audrey Hepburn fans are being treated to plenty of exciting news this month. First, it was announced that the — everything from clothing to photographs — is going up for auction this September. Now, Hepburn's former has been at nearly $14 million.

The 7,000-square-foot property was designed in 1938 by architect Paul Williams and Hepburn wasn't the only member of to call it home: Mia Farrow, Eva Gabor, and David Niven all lived there during their lifetimes. In fact, the house is officially know as the Eva Gabor Estate and is located in the affluent neighborhood of Holmby Hills. But that's just the start.
