If you've ever been halfway through building a bookshelf or TV stand, only to realize you're one screw short of finishing the whole thing, first: I feel your pain. The new tool in the lets customers take photos of missing parts they need for their project, and it scans the e-commerce site for any matches. With just a few clicks, you can have it shipped to your door. In other words, the nightmare of returning that screw-less bookshelf in order to buy one with all the parts doesn't have to be your reality any longer.
