Marie Kondo's new Netflix show, Tidying Up with Marie Kondo, premiered on New Year's Day. Since she burst onto the scene with her best-selling book in 2015, Marie and her techniques, known as the KonMari method, have entered the cultural vernacular. Perhaps you've heard her most famous rule for tossing old stuff: if it doesn't spark joy, get rid of it.
