When it comes to cocktails, is it possible to ? One mimosa is raising that very question with its monster-sized proportions (and unusually high price).
But, surprisingly, it's not the itself that has the internet buzzing. It's all of the garnishes. The epic drink — which adds the to orange juice in a mason jar — was created at Nectar Wine Bar and Ale House in San Antonio, TX. But the additions, including skewers of fruit and cheese, cornbread muffins, smoked salmon, caviar, and even a lobster tail, essentially make it brunch in a glass.
The decadent drink goes for $28 and is only available during Nectar's Saturday and Sunday brunch. If, for some reason, you need more mimosas to wash down all the extras (no judgment here), you can also opt for a $12 mimosa flight, which involves a variety of fruit juices.
But if you don't think you'll be in Texas anytime soon, there are always at home.
