Bookworms, rejoice—if you've ever wanted your home to reflect just how much of a voracious reader you are (you know, in addition to all the titles overflowing your shelves), you're in luck. This lamp, available at Design Within Reach and created by designer Max Gunawan, is perfect for showing off your love of literature. It's called Lumio, and it gives a whole new definition to the word "lit."

Lumio Wood Book Lamp, $200, Design Within Reach

Closed and turned off, the Lumio lamp looks like a totally unsuspecting hardcover book. Open it up, however, and it turns into a super-cool rechargeable, battery-powered LED lamp that will give any room a warm white glow.

If you open the Lumio lamp halfway, it looks like an open book with the pages fanned out in a semi-circle. When you open it all the way, magnets in the book cover hold it in place as a cool, cylindrical light. Rest it on a table, hang it midair from the included leather strap, or mount it to the wall with a wooden peg—basically, the possibilities are endless.
